Camp Details
Camp Categories: Summer camps are divided by grade level to ensure age-appropriate learning and engagement:
• 2nd-6th Grade Camps: Designed for students entering 2nd through 6th grade.
• 6th-12th Grade Camps: Designed for students entering 6th through 12th grade.
Note: Incoming 6th graders may enroll in either the 2nd–6th grade camps or the 6th–12th grade camps.
Camp Schedule:
• Half-Day (Morning Session): 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Pacific Time)
• Half-Day (Afternoon Session): 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Pacific Time)
• Students may register for both morning and afternoon sessions to attend a full-day camp.
• Extended Care is available for both AM and PM sessions.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Policy:
• Students may be dropped off no earlier than 15 minutes before the camp start time.
• Morning Session: Drop-off begins at 8:45 AM.
• Afternoon Session: Drop-off begins at 12:45 PM.
• Students must be picked up on time at the end of their session.
Lunch & Snacks:
• Half-day campers: Bring one snack.
• Full-day campers: Bring one lunch and two snacks.
• Microwaves are not available for warming food.
• For everyone’s safety, please send nut-free food due to food allergies.
• Campers are encouraged not to share food with others.
Camper Behavior Policy:
We strive to create a positive, respectful, and fun learning environment. Campers are expected to follow instructions, treat others kindly, and participate respectfully.
If a camper’s behavior significantly disrupts the program, the camp team may contact parents and, if necessary, dismiss the camper to ensure a great experience for all.

Fee for Jr. Tech Camps(2nd-5th Grade):
• Half Day Camp: $269 (After $30 Coupon Discount)
• If registered for multiple camps or siblings: $249 each half-day camp
• Full-day camp (register for both AM and PM camps): $498 ($100 discount on each full day camp)
Regular Price: Half Day Camp $299 || Full Day camp $598
Fee for Sr. Tech Camps (6th-12th Grade):
• Half Day Camp: $369 (After $30 Coupon Discount)
• If registered for multiple camps or siblings: $349 each half-day camp
• Full-day Camp: $698 ($100 discount on each full day camp)

Extended Care Options: We offer extended care to help support busy family schedules:
Morning Extended Hours: 8:00AM - 9:00AM ($40 per week or $10 per day)
Afternoon Extended Hours: 4:00PM - 5:00PM ($40 per week or $10 per day)
Afternoon Extended Hours: 4:00PM - 6:00PM ($100 per week or $10 per day)
2026 Flexible Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy for our camps:
• Full refund for cancellations made before May 1, 2026.
• Full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before the camp start date.
• Cancellations within 14 days of the camp start date:
- Date changes are allowed (change fee waived) if requested more than 7 days before the camp start date, subject to availability.
- No cancellations or date changes are permitted within 7 days of the camp start date.

Referrals:
• Refer a camp to a friend and get $50 in credit, or refer a class to a friend and get $100 in credit!
• These credits can be used for any future camps or classes.
